How we handle data belonging to members of The Register: minimal collection, a clear purpose and the freedom to leave at any time.
This policy applies to data collected through The Register and any form on this website.
01 / CONTROLLER

02 / DATA
When you join The Register, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name. We also record the registration date, consent given, the page from which you register, your language preference and technical campaign parameters in the link that brought you there.
We do not collect more data than is necessary to manage The Register. We do not request payment details or information about your animals.
03 / PURPOSE
We use your data solely to manage your membership of The Register and communicate the next place, each edition reveal and priority access to the pieces.
The legal basis is your consent, freely given by selecting the checkbox on the form. Joining is not a purchase subscription and creates no obligation to acquire an edition.
04 / RETENTION
We retain your data while you remain in The Register. If you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, we stop using it and remove it from our systems.
05 / RECIPIENTS
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. It is accessible only to technical providers that help us maintain the website and send email communications, each strictly for the function they perform.
We may disclose data when legally required by a competent authority.
06 / RIGHTS
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time, and unsubscribe from The Register through any communication you receive.
