01 / WITHDRAWAL

Changing your mind.

If you buy online as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, except where a statutory exception applies.

To exercise this right, send us an unequivocal statement before the period expires. You may use the model at the end of this page, but you are not required to do so.

02 / CONDITION

Examine without altering.

Return the piece in suitable condition, with its accompanying elements and documentation. You may examine it as you would in a shop.

You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. This does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

03 / RETURNING THE PIECE

A clear timeframe.

After communicating withdrawal, send or hand back the product without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days afterwards.

Do not send the piece before receiving our instructions. We will provide the procedure and specific return address so that the shipment can be correctly identified.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless it is defective, SEÑA made an error, or we expressly state otherwise.

04 / REFUND

By the same route.

We will reimburse all payments received where legally required, including the initial standard delivery charge. We will not reimburse additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise and incur no fees as a result.

We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you communicate your decision. Where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the product or you provide evidence that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.

05 / PERSONALISATION

Pieces made for someone.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised where the statutory exception applies.

This may apply to SEÑA pieces specially made or altered with initials, engraving, plaques or other requested personalisation. Before purchase, we will clearly state whether the chosen configuration falls within this exception.

This exclusion does not affect your rights where a piece is defective, incorrect or not in conformity with what was agreed.

06 / ISSUES

If something is not as it should be.

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, email info@sena-life.com. Include your order number, a brief description and, where helpful, clear photographs.

We will reply with the necessary instructions. Where there is a lack of conformity, collection or return will be free of charge.

07 / LEGAL GUARANTEE

Three years of conformity.

New goods sold to consumers in Spain carry a three-year legal guarantee from delivery against a lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

As legally appropriate, you may request that the product be brought into conformity through repair or replacement. If these remedies are impossible, disproportionate, not completed correctly, or another statutory condition applies, you may be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract and the corresponding refund.

Normal wear, damage caused by misuse or accidents, and care contrary to the instructions provided do not in themselves constitute a lack of conformity.
